Is AmosMind free?

Yes. Browse every mockup, upload your artwork, change colors and fabrics, and save as many projects as you like. The 3D preview carries a watermark, and exporting images, videos and dielines needs Plus.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Go to Account, then Subscription, and cancel. Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

If you've exported fewer than 3 times since your payment, email support@amosmind.com for a full refund. After 3 or more exports, that payment can't be refunded. It isn't absolute, though: write to us and explain your situation.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. You can still open and edit every project; exporting needs Plus again.

Can I use exports commercially?

Yes. Images, videos and dielines you export with Plus can be used in personal and commercial work, such as product listings, ads and printed packaging. The 3D models themselves remain ours.

Can I resell the dielines?

No. Use them to produce packaging for yourself or your clients. You can't sell, share or redistribute them as templates.

How do payments and taxes work?

Checkout is run by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. It takes major credit and debit cards, adds sales tax or VAT where required, and emails you a receipt.
