Terms of Service

In short: you own your designs, you can use your exports commercially, and you can’t take our 3D models out of AmosMind. The full terms are below.
1. Who we are and these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Amos Young, an individual who operates AmosMind (“AmosMind”, “we”). By using amosmind.com you accept them. Questions: legal@amosmind.com.
2. Your account
Sign in with a one-time email code or Google. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 14 years old to use AmosMind. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
3. The service
AmosMind lets you place artwork on 3D mockups, preview, render and download images. Features may change while we are in early access; we will tell you before removing something you rely on.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and render it only to provide the service to you. We do not use your uploads to train AI models. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
5. Our 3D models and your exports
You may use images you export for personal and commercial projects, including products you sell. Our 3D models, textures and the mockup library stay ours: you may use them only inside AmosMind. You may not extract, capture, reconstruct, scrape, copy or resell them by any means, including AI tools, screen capture or photogrammetry, automated scripts, or extracting data from the browser or WebGL. If you do, we will suspend your account and may take legal action to hold you liable.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t upload content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal or hateful. Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, and don’t use bots, scripts or AI agents to download or rebuild our models and mockups (see section 5).
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on AmosMind infringes your copyright, email legal@amosmind.com with the work, the location of the content and your contact details. We remove infringing content and close accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Payments and refunds
Rendering and downloads are currently free. Before we charge for anything, we will publish pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms here and tell you by email.
9. Third-party services
We rely on providers such as Cloudflare, Resend and Google. Their own terms may apply to features they provide.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using AmosMind and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Your consumer rights
The mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and email you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The English version prevails.
