YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026 · Last updated October 13, 2026
AmosMind is operated by Amos Young, an individual based in China (“AmosMind”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit amosmind.com or use our clothing mockup and design tools, account services, cloud projects, and related support.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@amosmind.com.
1. Information we handle
- Account information. Your email address, account identifier, verification status, and account creation and update dates. Where provided through Google sign-in, this can include your name and profile image. Email sign-in uses one-time verification codes; we do not ask you to create an AmosMind password.
- Designs and files. Artwork and reference images you upload, project names, selected garments, colors, placement settings, previews, and saved project content. Cloud saving sends this content to our servers so you can reopen your projects.
- AI and rendering requests. When you use these features, we process the prompt, images, scene settings, generated results, and task information needed to deliver the result and track usage.
- Payments and credits. If you purchase an available paid service, we record your order, amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, membership period, and credit usage. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, rather than in our design editor.
- Technical information. Requests to our service can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic details. Login sessions and abuse-prevention records help us secure accounts and enforce service limits.
- Account source and region. When you create an account, we retain the first visit source observed in your browser, a limited landing-page path, supported campaign labels, and the referring hostname. We also retain approximate country or territory and city from the registration request. For existing accounts, missing region information may be estimated from an earlier recorded login IP using a local geolocation database. IP-based location can be inaccurate, especially when using a VPN or proxy. These records help us understand account acquisition and support users; later logins do not replace the first source.
- Usage information. Pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and approximate location and device type derived from your request, collected through the analytics services described below.
- Support messages. We receive your email address and anything you include when you contact us. Please share only the information needed to resolve your request.
Some drafts, uploaded files, and preferences are kept in your browser storage. Local storage is separate from cloud storage: clearing your browser data does not delete your cloud account or cloud projects, and deleting a cloud project does not necessarily remove local copies or downloads.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide editing and previews, save and restore projects, fulfil AI and rendering requests, manage orders and credits, answer support requests, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and understanding aggregate usage, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
3. Google sign-in and Google account data
If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google provides the account identifier, email address, email verification status, and basic profile information permitted by your authorization. We use this information to create or link your AmosMind account and authenticate you. Authentication records are stored with our account data; OAuth tokens stored by our authentication service are encrypted.
Google sign-in does not give AmosMind access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or personal advertising accounts. We do not use Google account data to train general-purpose AI models or send it to image-generation providers. You can review or revoke the connection in your Google Account. Revoking access does not itself delete information already held by AmosMind; contact us to request deletion.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Information is processed by providers needed for the features you use:
- Cloudflare: website delivery, security, account database and cloud file storage.
- Resend: delivery of account verification emails, including the recipient address and message contents.
- Google (Google Workspace): hosting of our support mailboxes (support@, privacy@, legal@ and hello@amosmind.com) and handling of the correspondence you send to them, and optional sign-in.
- fal.ai and the selected model provider: processing of prompts and images submitted for AI image generation. The current integration uses OpenAI image models through fal.ai. This processing happens when you request AI generation; ordinary editing does not itself submit a generation request.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics: website traffic measurement, including page visits, referral sources, and browser or device categories. Ahrefs describes this service as cookie-free. We do not intentionally send your uploaded artwork, prompts, or account email to this analytics service.
- Google Analytics: measurement of how visitors use the website and editor, including pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device type. It sets first-party cookies, such as _ga, to recognize a returning browser. When you are signed in, we also send an internal account identifier, never your email address, so that visits from your devices count as one account. We keep this data for 14 months, do not turn on Google signals, and do not intentionally send your uploaded artwork, prompts, or account email to Google Analytics. Google describes its practices in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Alipay: payment processing when an Alipay checkout is offered. We receive order and transaction confirmation information needed to fulfil and reconcile the purchase.
Cloud rendering also sends the scene and artwork needed for the render to computing systems operated for AmosMind. Our providers may process information in other countries, as explained below.
We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate misuse or protect people and the service, or as part of a transfer of the business subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information at your direction. We do not sell your personal information or provide your saved designs to advertisers.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
We use session cookies for sign-in and security, and browser storage for drafts, preferences, and resuming actions after sign-in. Login sessions are configured to expire after 30 days, and email verification codes after five minutes. These expiry periods govern access, not the deletion of all related records.
Our first-party amosmind_first_visit cookie stores the first observable visit source for up to 180 days without renewing on subsequent visits. It does not retain full referral URLs, arbitrary query strings, or advertising click identifiers. The account-linked source and region are kept with your account and removed when the account is deleted. This record is separate from Google Analytics and is not sent to an external IP lookup service.
You can block cookies or clear site storage through your browser. Doing so may sign you out or remove locally stored work. Download anything you want to keep first. Website traffic measurement uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies, as described above. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, block its cookies or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and saved project information for as long as needed to provide your account and requested storage. You can delete cloud projects using the project controls. Project deletion removes the project from your active list and requests removal of its stored project file; related assets, deletion records, service logs, and backups may remain separately.
Rendering and AI tasks have their own temporary files and operational records. A download link or task expiring does not mean every provider copy or operational record has been deleted. Payment, security, and support records may be kept where needed for accounting, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, or applicable legal obligations. We do not promise a single deletion period for every category of data.
To close your account or request removal of associated files, contact privacy@amosmind.com from your account email. We will assess the request, verify ownership where needed, and explain any information that must be retained. Avoid sending passwords or verification codes.
7. Security and international processing
We use measures such as HTTPS, account-based access controls, verification checks, and limited access to service credentials. No online service can guarantee complete security.
AmosMind is operated from China and uses providers with international infrastructure. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, where data protection rules may differ. Where required by applicable law, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply. Contact us for information about the processing or safeguards relevant to your request.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to privacy@amosmind.com. Tell us which account and information your request concerns. We may ask for proportionate information to verify ownership, and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children
You must be at least 14 years old to use AmosMind, and it is not directed to children under 14. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to our terms and this policy for you. If you believe a child under 14, or a child without the required parental consent, has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
