Type the same number for length and width to keep a box square. Height has its own range: up to 55% of the side on the mailer and pizza boxes, up to 60% of it on the flat square box and up to the side on the magnetic box. The other boxes in the table can be a cube.

What sizes do square boxes come in, and can I change the size?
Any size inside each box's range. Small cube cartons start around 50 mm a side; square shipping cartons go up to 400 mm. The table above lists where each box starts and how far it goes.
Can I design a square box mockup online?
Yes. The boxes open in your browser as 3D models. You set the size, add artwork and export the image without installing anything.
Can I get a square box with a lid?
Yes. The Square rigid box has a lift-off lid whose height you can set, and the Magnetic box has a hinged lid.
Can I see the box from the front or the top?

Square box or rectangle box: which should I use?
Use a square box when the product is round or as wide as it is deep. Use a rectangular one when the product is longer one way; it wastes less space. Both are the same boxes with different numbers typed in.
