iPhone 16 Pro
iPhone 16 Pro is the 6.3-inch model of Apple's 2024 Pro pair, announced on September 9, 2024 and on sale from September 20.[1] Apple gave it a larger display than earlier Pro models and the A18 Pro chip.[1][2]
Display
The panel measures 2622 × 1206 pixels at 460 ppi, refreshes at up to 120Hz with ProMotion, and has the Dynamic Island at the top.[2] For a portrait screen, export 1206 × 2622 pixels.[2] Because iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 match it pixel for pixel, a single screen design works on all three.[4][5]
Design and colors
Apple's four finishes are Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, White Titanium and Black Titanium.[3] The band is contoured-edge titanium, the back is textured matte glass, and the front uses the latest-generation Ceramic Shield.[2][3]
Buttons and ports
Along the left edge, the Action button sits near the top; on the right are the side button and, toward the bottom, Camera Control.[3] USB-C on the bottom supports USB 3 at up to 10Gb/s.[2][3] The back carries Ultra Wide, Fusion and Telephoto cameras, plus a LiDAR Scanner and an LED True Tone flash.[3]
