Samsung Galaxy S26
Galaxy S26 is the 6.3-inch model of Samsung's Galaxy S26 series, announced on February 25, 2026 and generally available from March 11.[1][2] Samsung presented the series as its third-generation AI phones, with Now Nudge suggestions and a choice of Bixby, Gemini and Perplexity agents.[1]
Display
The Dynamic AMOLED 2X display measures 6.3 inches across the full rectangle and 2340 × 1080 pixels (FHD+), with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.[1][3] GSMArena lists the pixel density at about 411 ppi.[4] For full-screen art, work at 1080 × 2340 pixels and leave room for the rounded corners and the camera hole at the top.[1][3] Galaxy S25 has the same 2340 × 1080 resolution on a 6.2-inch panel, so a single screen file covers both.[3][5]
Design and colors
Samsung describes a unified design language across the Galaxy S26 models.[1] Galaxy S26 comes in Cobalt Violet, White, Black and Sky Blue, with Pink Gold and Silver Shadow sold only on Samsung.com.[1][2] The body measures 149.6 × 71.7 × 7.2 mm, weighs 167 g and is rated IP68.[1][3]
Chip and cameras
Samsung lists two chips for Galaxy S26 and S26+, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy and the Exynos 2600, and says the type varies by device and market.[1] The rear cameras are a 50MP wide, a 12MP ultra-wide and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and the front camera is 12MP.[1] It runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5 and has a 4,300 mAh battery.[1]
